God's creation
In this world, now, 1 in 5 teenagers are having low-self esteem, they do not like their looks, wanted to look better than the one beside them. Just like the recent commerical and advertisement on "Dove - Self Esteem Fund". Helping the children to let them know they are beautiful.
Well.. why are the kids nowadays having such issue on their appearance, size, or what? Is it due to the media that always give the impression to "look good" in order to "survive" in this world, or is it in order to have a stand in the world, we got to "look good" or we will lose out to our neighbour.
Is it reality? The world indeed is getting so complex. If you have a model face and body, but lousy attitude, you stand will stand a chance to get that job compare to the person who have all it takes, but might not be looking pretty, or worst - fat and ugly. Due to that, they have to "Enhance" on their appearance in the "presentation"... haizz...
People still judge the book by it's cover, huh? Thank God that He did not judge me that way, or I am dead sure I will fail the test.. heehee.. =)
Plastic surgery has become such a common thing. Those who are not satisfy with their flat nose, small eyes, double-chin, or thin hair, you name it, there will always have a solution for you.
There will have ways to dig the money out from you. - To make you better, help you to gain confidence.
"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2

We are created in the image of God. We should not feel we are any lesser by the world's standard.
Psalm 139:13-14 has revealed to us that -
"For You create my inmost being;
You knit me together in my mother's womb.
I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Your work are wonderful, I know that full well."
Since God has create our image, we are unique. We are created by HIM and for HIM. We should take pride in it. NO matter how we look, God still loves us. We are beautiful in His eyes, always and forever.
I am not totally against the idea of surgery. However, if the body / face 's feature is deformed, that will cause danger to the body, like in breathing or wat-so-ever, I reckon it will be good to make some adjustment.
Some do it to impress their love one, for example - Breast enlargement.. double-eyelid, pointed nose. Or wanna be like the idol they like - Hollywood stars, supermodel or watever famous movie actor / actresses. OH manzzzz.. these people have lost the originality.
I give thanks to God for all I have. Knowing that all things on earth is just temporal. He will give us a new body - perfect body when I go heaven. No sickness, no pain , no suffering.
